By accessing our website, you agree not to misuse it, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on this site—including text, imagery, logos and designs—is the property of ADRENALINE Magazine and must not be reproduced without permission.
3. Products & Availability
We sell physical print magazines and selected merchandise.
All product descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
Pre-order items will clearly state their estimated shipping date. These dates may change slightly due to production or logistical delays, but we will keep all customers updated.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Prices may change, but the price you pay at checkout is final.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary based on location and order size.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
This email confirms we have received your order—it does not constitute acceptance.
Your order is accepted once we dispatch the items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary (e.g., payment issues, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity).
6. Payment
We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe).
Your payment details are not stored by us.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using trusted delivery partners. Delivery times vary based on location.
Once an item leaves our hands and is with the courier, delays, damages, or losses are unfortunately outside of our direct control—however, we will always do our best to help resolve issues with your shipment.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.
8. Returns & Refunds
We comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which gives you a 30-day right to a refund if a product is faulty or not as described.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Pre-order cancellations after purchase
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Magazines with minor cosmetic imperfections from postal handling (creases, bends, etc.)
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
9. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
We will work with the courier to track the parcel and update you.
Lost orders will be replaced or refunded once officially confirmed as lost by the courier.
10. Pre-Orders
When purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge:
- The estimated shipping date may change.
- Payment is taken immediately.
- Cancellations are not accepted unless we fail to deliver within a reasonable time.

All content associated with ADRENALINE Magazine is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use any content without explicit written permission.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADRENALINE Magazine is not liable for:
- Losses resulting from postal delays
- Loss of business, profit, or data
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
