These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the ADRENALINE Magazine online store at adrenalinemag.co.uk. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
1. About Us

We operate as a UK-based business.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old; or
- You have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
3. Products
We sell:
- Physical print magazines
- Selected merchandise (where available)
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend products without notice.
Images are for illustration purposes. Colours and minor print variations may differ slightly.
4. Pricing
- All prices are listed in GBP (£).
- Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of purchase.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
For international orders:
- Import duties, customs fees, handling charges, or local taxes may apply.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
- We are not responsible for customs delays.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that customs fees may be payable upon arrival.
5. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
Your order is accepted once the item has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including but not limited to:
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Stock errors
- Pricing errors
If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store your card details.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing the correct delivery address
- Collecting parcels from customs or delivery offices
- Paying any applicable customs or duty fees
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Postal services
- Customs processing
- Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
If a parcel is returned to us due to customer error, re-shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
8. Cancellation Rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases.
However, this right does not apply to:
The supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except subscription contracts).
As ADRENALINE Magazine is sold as an individual print issue and not as a subscription, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty or not as described.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
Minor cosmetic imperfections caused during transit (e.g. light corner bends or postal handling marks) are not considered faults.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
10. Lost Parcels
If a parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us.
We will investigate with the courier. A refund or replacement will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is officially lost.
11. Pre-Orders
When purchasing a pre-order item:
- Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
- Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to production or logistics delays.
- You agree your item will not ship until the date mentioned on the product page has officially passed.
If we fail to dispatch within a reasonable extended timeframe, you may request a cancellation and refund.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, branding, design, photography and logos, is the intellectual property of ADRENALINE Magazine.
No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any rights that cannot be excluded under UK law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit, business or data
- Delays outside our reasonable control
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Postal strikes
- Customs disruption
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
15. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
