International Delivery Information

We ship ADRENALINE Magazine worldwide using tracked postal and courier services. All international orders are sent with full and accurate customs declarations.

Orders are dispatched either DDP (Delivery Duty Pre-Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) depending on destination and courier availability.

For countries shipped under DDU, import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees may be charged by local authorities upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.

For countries shipped under DDP, no additional fees may be charged upon arrival. If you do experience any charges, we recommend that you take this up with the delivery provider as we have prepaid customs, and at the point it leaves our hands, there is nothing more we can do.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your order, unless your country is listed below as a DDP destination.

We do not, under any circumstances, offer refunds or replacements for:

• Orders delayed due to customs processing
• Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges
• Orders returned to us because customs fees were not paid

If customs fees are unpaid and the parcel is returned, any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

For selected destinations, we ship using Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means applicable import taxes and duties are covered upfront, and you would therefore not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery. If your country is listed below as a DDP destination, no further import charges will apply.
