ADRENALINE Magazine Issue 002 – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Promoter: ADRENALINE Magazine (“ADRENALINE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By entering this prize draw, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Prize Draw

1.1. The promotion is a prize draw to win:

• One gold-foiled cover from ADRENALINE Magazine Issue 001 featuring James Marriott; and
• One A3 poster print featuring a photograph of James Marriott × ADRENALINE Magazine.

1.2. There is one prize available.

1.3. The prize is as described above and no cash or other alternative will be offered.

1.4. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for another product or prize.

2. How to Enter

2.1. The paid entry route is to pre-order a copy of ADRENALINE Magazine Issue 002 from the official ADRENALINE Magazine website at adrenalinemag.co.uk/store during the promotional period.

2.2. Eligible customers who pre-order Issue 002 during the promotional period will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No additional action is required.

2.3. No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without making a purchase, entrants may visit adrenalinemag.co.uk/nopurchasenecessary and follow the instructions provided.

2.4. The free entry route is available on the same terms as the paid entry route and does not reduce an entrant’s chance of winning.

2.5. Each person may submit one entry only, regardless of whether they enter via the paid or free entry route. Multiple orders or multiple free entries from the same person will not result in additional entries and may be disregarded.

2.6. Entries must be received before the closing time stated below. Late, incomplete or invalid entries will not be counted.

3. Promotional Period

3.1. The prize draw closes at 5:00pm UK time on Friday 16 October 2026.

3.2. Any entry received after this time will not be eligible.

3.3. ADRENALINE reserves the right to verify the date and time an entry was received.

4. Eligibility

4.1. The prize draw is open worldwide, subject to any applicable local laws or regulations.

4.2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.

4.3. Employees of ADRENALINE Magazine, anyone professionally involved in the administration of this prize draw, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4.4. ADRENALINE reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age or eligibility from an entrant.

4.5. Where participation in a prize draw is prohibited by local law, the entrant is responsible for complying with the laws applicable to them.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. After the prize draw closes, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

5.2. The winner will be selected using a verifiably random selection process.

5.3. The winner will be contacted by email using the contact details supplied when entering the prize draw.

5.4. The winner will be notified within 72 hours of the prize draw closing.

6. Claiming the Prize

6.1. The winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours of it being sent in order to claim the prize.

6.2. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, is unable to verify their eligibility, or is otherwise ineligible, ADRENALINE reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

6.3. Where an alternative winner is selected, that person will be contacted using the same process and will also have 72 hours to respond.

6.4. This process may be repeated until the prize is successfully claimed by an eligible winner.

7. Prize Delivery

7.1. The prize will be dispatched within 7 days of the winner accepting the prize.

7.2. The prize will be sent using tracked postage to the postal address provided by the winner.

7.3. The winner is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

7.4. ADRENALINE is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, import procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7.5. For international winners, the winner is responsible for complying with any applicable customs or import requirements and for any taxes, duties or charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.

8. Winner Information and Publicity

8.1. By entering, entrants acknowledge that, if they win, ADRENALINE may make available information indicating that a valid award took place, such as the winner’s surname and country, in accordance with applicable law and advertising regulations.

8.2. If you do not wish your surname and/or country to be published or made available in this way, you may notify ADRENALINE when contacted as the winner. We may nevertheless be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another relevant authority if required.

8.3. We will not use the winner’s photograph, likeness or personal story for promotional purposes without obtaining appropriate permission.

9. Personal Data

9.1. Personal data supplied in connection with this prize draw will be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw, contacting the winner, delivering the prize and complying with applicable legal obligations.

9.2. Where an entrant enters by purchasing a copy of ADRENALINE Magazine Issue 002, their personal data will also be processed as necessary to process, fulfil and manage their order, including taking payment, dispatching the magazine, providing delivery information, communicating with the customer about their order and handling any applicable customer service requests. This processing will be carried out in accordance with the terms applicable to the purchase.

9.3. Personal data will be handled in accordance with ADRENALINE Magazine’s Privacy Policy.

9.4. Entering the prize draw does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Where marketing consent is required, entrants will only receive marketing communications where they have separately provided the appropriate consent or where another lawful basis permits such communications.

9.5. Entrants who use the free entry route will not be required to purchase any product or provide personal data beyond what is reasonably necessary to administer their prize draw entry.

10. General

10.1. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with James Marriott or any of his representatives, management, record label or other affiliated parties.

10.2. ADRENALINE reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise invalid.

10.3. ADRENALINE reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Where possible, ADRENALINE will provide reasonable notice of any such change and will not make changes that unfairly disadvantage entrants.

10.4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

10.5. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

10.6. These Terms & Conditions will be available throughout the promotional period and should be retained by entrants.
