We’re a small independent team, so here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and shipping – explained clearly and simply.


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final

Because we print in small batches and work independently, we can’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Print copies
  • Digital editions
  • Limited runs or special releases
  • Pre-orders

If something arrives damaged or wrong

If your magazine arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, you’re protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Just email us within 30 days of receiving your order at adrenalinemag@mail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Date ordered
  • Photo(s) of the issue

We’ll sort it as quickly as possible with a replacement or appropriate fix.

Digital downloads

Digital editions can’t be refunded once the download link has been sent or accessed.


Shipping

We ship as fast as we can

We always aim to send your order within the timeframe shown at checkout, but these times are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your order has shipped

We use trusted third-party couriers. Once your order is with them:

  • Delivery is out of our hands
  • Delays or issues can sometimes happen
  • But we will always try to help

We can assist by:

  • Checking tracking
  • Contacting the courier
  • Helping with missing-parcel claims

Please note: we can’t guarantee replacements for items lost by couriers, but we’ll look at each case individually.

Make sure your address is correct

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
We can’t replace orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
