We’re a small independent team, so here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds and shipping.


Returns & Refunds

Print Magazines

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day “change of mind” cancellation right does not apply to newspapers, periodicals or magazines (unless sold as a subscription).

As ADRENALINE Magazine is sold as individual print issues and not as a subscription, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental orders
  • Pre-orders once placed
  • Limited runs or special releases

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.


If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

You are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Please email us within 30 days of delivery at sales@adrenalinemag.co.uk and include:

  • Your order number
  • Date ordered
  • Clear photo(s) of the issue and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund where appropriate

Minor cosmetic imperfections caused during transit (for example light corner bends or small handling marks) are not considered faults.


Digital Editions

Digital editions cannot be refunded once:

  • The download link has been sent, or
  • The file has been accessed

This is in line with UK digital content regulations.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.


Shipping Policy

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown at checkout.
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Pre-order items will ship on or around the stated release date.


Once Your Order Has Shipped

We use trusted third-party couriers and postal services.

Once dispatched:

  • Delivery times are outside of our direct control
  • Delays due to customs or postal services may occur

However, if there is an issue, we will always help by:

  • Checking tracking
  • Contacting the courier
  • Assisting with missing parcel investigations

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • A refund

We cannot issue refunds or replacements until the courier has confirmed the parcel is officially lost.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.


International Orders

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or handling fees depending on their country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges will not be refunded unless the parcel is successfully returned to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
