Fresh on a Monday night – where else would you rather be than at a jam-packed gig in the centre of Manchester watching your favourite band?!
Kicking off their Siren tour in style, London indie-rock outfit Keo packed out Gorilla for a sold-out headliner – a well-earned celebration of their debut EP Siren, released earlier this year.

Over the past few months, the band have done nothing but play shows. You couldn’t go to a single summer festival and miss them – for good reason, of course – but it’s clear to see that they’re ready to put in the graft, and it’s paying off!
After selling out their tour quite a while ago, fans had been anticipating their arrival in Manchester ever since, and Keo rose to the occasion. Their set was full of guitar-heavy tracks from their Siren EP, including Hands, I Lied, Amber, and Stolen Cars, but the four-piece also performed a bundle of unreleased tracks, giving fans a taste of what’s up next.

The energy at Gorilla was electric, and the crowd were engaged throughout the entire show, singing along and even chanting the band’s name back at them between songs. Particularly during rock anthem, I Lied, Amber, fans threw their arms in the air carefree as they chanted the words back to Keo, while the lights flashed and energetically swirled between blues and reds.
After this tour, you can’t deny that big things are destined for Keo. They’re only beginning, sure, but they keep getting better. Next time they hit Manchester, expect to see them in a much bigger venue.
