Shambolics, the Scots indie rockers on the rise whose discography is full of bold, punchy belters, informed by their teenage years of ‘hanging around the streets and drinking in the park’, capture the frustrations and aspirations that young working-class adults experience across the UK – and they’re only just getting started.

Igniting a fire among the crowd last month at La Belle Angele – they headlined to an almost sold-out crowd.

Fellow Scottish band, The Neapolitan, opened the show to a buzzing crowd who were raring to go.

They then passed on the baton to The Rooks, who then entertained the crowd with another memorable set leaving them hyped and ready for the main act – Shambolics.

And it was utterly shambolic… in a good way.

What a way to spend Friday night in the capital.
